Most people are in a state where they don&#8217;t feel stable, where they don&#8217;t know how to help themselves, where they don&#8217;t know where to go, where they don&#8217;t have enough resources.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Coming to an art class in right-hemispheric painting, we can subconsciously work through what we are not aware of, leave our anxiety, uncertainty, and much more on paper and add resources to ourselves through colors.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By painting using the right-hemispheric painting method, we fill ourselves with resources, subconsciously free ourselves from negativity and anxiety, and learn to better understand ourselves and our life experiences.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The present time has become a difficult and serious challenge for everyone.
