Volunteers are among the first to respond to these needs, but often forget about themselves, which leads to exhaustion and burnout.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">That is why we offer time at the meetings where participants can consciously approach their activities and listen to themselves to understand and hear the cues of their self, their body, in order to keep the balance.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The purpose of these meetings is to develop skills for a balanced life.
