The Svalyava center of the “Tree of My Life” Charitable Foundation conducts free classes for children of military personnel.
The “Board Games Club” in Svaliava has started its work for children whose parents are defending Ukraine in the ranks of the Armed Forces.
Svaliava.net learned about the event directly from the head of the Svaliava center of the “Tree of My Life” CF Olena Gerzhenii.
“The best way to get people interested, communicate, and have fun is to play together. Besides, board games help to develop intellectual skills, logical thinking, ability to communicate and express their thoughts in a relaxed way,” said Ms. Gerzhenii.
According to her, the first lesson was held on February 15, where the children had fun and benefited from it. In a playful way, the young participants trained their creativity and imagination, improved their speech skills, developed imagination, logic and strategic thinking.
The organizers prepared a lot of interesting games for the children, including quite popular interactive games. In particular: “Mafia”, ‘Your Truth is My Action’, ‘Associations’ and many others.
According to the information received, the “Board Games Club” opens its doors every Thursday at 17.00 at the address: Svaliava, Chornovil str. 3.
Children of military personnel aged 10 to 13 can participate in the classes free of charge.
