About the Project
KINTSUGI Pilot is an international initiative aimed at strengthening crisis response skills, psychoeducation, and self-help group facilitation among first-line professionals — psychologists, social workers, and healthcare specialists working with people affected by crisis or trauma.
The name is inspired by the Japanese art of Kintsugi — “golden repair” — a symbol of healing through care, connection, and acknowledgment of vulnerability.
Partners and Funding
The project is implemented by Tree of My Life Charitable Foundation in cooperation with international partners and experts from Central Europe.
The project is co-financed by the governments of Czechia, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia through Visegrad Grants from
