Is fear normal? How not to “die” from fear at this time?
Being kind to yourself: what does it mean?
Ksenia Teresa Tarnavska is an analytically oriented psychologist, co-author of the project “Tree of My Life”
About fears: how to live with fears in times of war in order not to die
How not to go crazy?
How to live, survive and overcome it?
Where to look for support? How to take care of yourself? How to help others?
Why is faith important?
How to survive and overcome fear?
Ksenia Teresa Tarnavska adapted the methodology and identified 6 psychotypes by dominance:
1 – a person who relies on faith, the inner world;
2 – a person who lives through emotions;
3 – a person who draws on social contacts;
4 – a person who lives through creativity, through deepening the inner world;
5 – a person of rationing;
6 – a person who relieves emotional tension through the body and activities.
The “Tree of My Life” project was born as a response to the situation in which we found ourselves – as a response to the war. The project employs professional psychologists who provide help and support. However, they are more concerned about the human “BEing”, about the “WE” space. People come to this space, where they can get acquainted, even just have a cup of tea and be with each other. The project operates in Uzhgorod, Mukachevo, and Svaliava.
In the comments to the video, we invite you to write topics about which you would like to hear a professional psychologist’s comment
