Going to the bright side of grief

We will feel sadness and lack of a person after a loss for the rest of our lives.
If we talk about acute experiences of loss, we are talking about about a year.
Feelings of guilt: does it happen, especially in times of war?
What to do with it?
How to accept it or move on?
Why is it easier for believing Christians to experience loss?
To relax in God is to allow yourself to do so.
I can’t hug a person physically, but I can hug them with prayers.
How has my life changed? How do I move to the bright side of grief?
Deciding to move on is not a betrayal of the person we have lost!
What does it mean to move on? What does it mean to allow yourself to move on?
