– Some people need to work their bodies: walk briskly, run, clean, work in the garden
– Rational people who need to monitor the situation and logically organize themselves
– People of contact: those who need to call someone, share, volunteer
– Those who emotionally discharge themselves through creativity: music, embroidery, drawing, wood carving, etc.
Some people can combine several areas: it is important to feel what helps me to relieve anxiety

The only thing that can give us strength is union with our highest: union with God, trust in God, trust in the One who is the highest
