3. Have someone close to you with whom you can share. The psyche can react in different ways: both violently and without emotions – and this is normal in this abnormal situation. It is important to have someone with whom we can talk about it, or in prayer with God.
4. It is important to use your body, to find a place where I can help here and now – whether it is volunteering or getting involved in household chores. Take care of your body: sports, dancing, walking – so that adrenaline goes out through the body.
