The purpose of these meetings is to develop the skills of a balanced life. The war has been bringing many challenges. Volunteers are among the first to face them and to respond to all these needs, but they often forget about themselves. And that leads to exhaustion and burnout. Therefore, we offer a time at the meetings when the participants can consciously approach their activities and listen to themselves in order to understand and hear the prompts of their Self and their body, precisely in order to maintain balance.
